JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Salary : Will be within national guidelines and linked : to experience Time : 6 hours per week
Responsible to : Trust Chairman and Trust Secretary
Job Purpose:
To support the administrative needs of the Gresford Trust, including general clerical and administrative duties incorporating the use of I.T. The person appointed will be required to work independently and without direct supervision in supporting the work of the Trust’s Secretary and Treasurer. Good I.T. skills are essential, including word-processing, maintaining the Trust’s manual and online booking system and accounts software. The hours to be worked flexibly to suit both parties.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To undertake general office, clerical and administrative duties 2. To respond to general enquiries – direct, telephone and email 3. To assist in maintaining the Trust’s manual and on-line booking system 4. To assist with the maintenance and filing of Trust documents & records 5. To carry out basic financial-data inputting using Quickbooks package 6. When necessary, to liaise with outside agencies/contractors etc.
